Firstly, a park home is much smaller than your traditional home and so it is much easier to maintain on a long-term basis! What’s more, there is no need to worry about traipsing up and down stairs and the potential risk of a fall. External walls, roofing, windows and doors

As your home ages, it’s important to keep a check on the elements of your property that may become weather-worn. Repainting the exterior walls may be necessary, the roof must be kept in a good condition and any windows and door seals need to be checked! These are just things to be mindful of and any repairs required can be carried out by an experienced professional while you put your feet up and enjoy your retirement.
