This fantastic bird watching spot at the confluence of the River Exe and River Clyst, is perfect for viewing migrating birds and winter flocks – all from the comfort of a specially built lookout hide. Indeed bird watching is a major attraction at Topsham, and our Sofia homes have uninterrupted views across river marshland – home to some very interesting local and migratory birds – a twitcher’s dream!
